Who makes Posy Garden

Posy Garden is a game made by one independent developer. When we say "we" on this page, that is who we mean. Payments, and sales tax where it applies, are handled by Stripe.

What you are buying

For a one-time payment of $9 USD (plus sales tax where the law requires it), you get a personal-use license to play Posy Garden through a private link. There are no subscriptions, renewals or in-game purchases.

What the license lets you do

You may play Posy Garden on the devices used by you and the people you live with. If you bought it as a gift, the person you give it to may do the same. It keeps working with no account and no expiry. Please don't re-post the game or your private link publicly, resell it, or put it on a public website. If you would like Posy Garden for a classroom, clinic or business, get in touch and we will sort out a fair license.

How it is provided

Posy Garden runs in a web browser. We work hard to keep it running smoothly on current iPads, phones and computers, but we can't promise it will work on every device or browser, now or in the future. If it doesn't work for you, our refund policy applies.

Free demo and the 25% reward

Anyone can play the first 3 levels free, with no purchase and no sign-up. Finishing all three shows a thank-you reward: 25% off the $9 price with the code POSY25, applied at Stripe's checkout (plus sales tax where it applies). It is a discount, not a contest or prize, and it can't be exchanged for cash. One code per purchase. We may change or end this offer in the future; if we do, the date at the top of this page will change.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. See the refund policy.

Changes and law

If we update these terms, the new date will appear at the top of this page. Changes don't take away anything you've already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Privacy

Posy Garden has no accounts, no ads and no tracking. Your game progress stays on your own device. When you buy, Stripe collects the details needed to process your payment, including your email address. We use your email only to answer your questions, resend your link, and handle refunds. We never sell or share it.
